Ladies Paddle Symposium

Hi Ladies,
Some 2016 news for you.

Like all great events (actually just Glastonbury) the Ladies Paddle Symposium is going to officially take a break in 2016.

Well it is almost a month since we all met up in the sleepy town of Bala North Wales (not so sleepy with all of us being a few miles down the road!).

All that is left to say is a MASSIVE thanks to all those who helped this year to be the best yet: Palm Equipment, Pyranha Kayaks, 9Bar, Wet and Wild, Emma Cornes Handbags,  and Celtic Paddles. Also a HUGE thanks to all the coaches who came and delivered some great coaching to you all and last but not least to my Helper Elves!

A few final donations are still coming in, but you lovely lot raised just over £1070.00 for the Mountain Rescue in England and Wales.

As announced at the event I will be taking a year off organising the LPS, but I have already had someone approach me about organising it next year, so watch this space for further details!!

Shortly, I will be sending out a feedback questionnaire that you are welcome to fill in if you wish to.

With less than 3 weeks to go we are putting some of the final touches to the LPS.

The brilliant guys from 9Bar have sent us a HUGE delivery of bars to add to the goodies you’re going to get on arrival.

We are also excited that Palm Ambassador Erin Bastian will be showing her video and doing the Saturday evening talk.

We can’t wait to see you all!

…but here at LPS HQ we are just waiting for a few more bits to come in before we email you all with the weekends itinerary.

In the meantime we are really excited to announce that after voting for the charity you most want to support, the one who is going to get the proceeds from boat hire at the event and any money raised during the raffle is……..

Mountain Rescue England and Wales! 

YIPPEE! What a good cause!

Also, we are looking forward to a talk and Video by Erin Bastian on the Saturday evening, followed by loads of time for you to chat and make new paddling friends!

Great News! We’ve managed to open up a few more spaces at this years Symposium!

To book one of these spaces, pick one session from the Saturday list and one from Sunday and then email us to request the link to the booking form.

Dates for the Ladies Paddle Symposium 2015 have been announced!

It will be held on the 11th & 12th of April at Glan Llyn, Bala in North Wales.

We are preparing an all new online booking form that will go live in the next couple of weeks and we will also be updating you on the exciting new offerings in store for the event. We will have some new T-shirts, some new sponsors and loads more!
